Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Lay out two flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread softened butter across each tortilla, covering the edges well.
  2. Sprinkle half a cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese evenly over one buttered tortilla. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place the second buttered tortilla on top, pressing down gently to help the layers stick.
