- Lay out two flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread softened butter across each tortilla, covering the edges well.
- Sprinkle half a cup of freshly grated mozzarella cheese evenly over one buttered tortilla. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Place the second buttered tortilla on top, pressing down gently to help the layers stick.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the tortilla sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden-brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and optionally sprinkle with fresh parsley. Slice into wedges for serving.
