- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Use a spatula to mix all ingredients until evenly coated and well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, pointing one corner towards you. Spoon approximately two tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll it tightly away from you, sealing the edges with a drop of water.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully place the rolled egg rolls into the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking oil. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check if the egg rolls are golden-brown and crispy; continue cooking in 2-3 minute increments if necessary.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
