  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Use more if omitting cream
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to your taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to your taste
For Searing
  • 2 tablespoons Oil Olive oil or vegetable oil works best

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the seared chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic sauce over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
